ICED MOCHA
Ingredients:
- 80 ml Simple Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 40 ml cold milk
- 30 ml simple syrup
- 1 tsp/6 ml cocoa powder
- Chocolate syrup (optional)
- Cocoa powder/Chocolate powder
- Ice
Preparation:
- Heat TSB Coffee Concentrate in a saucepan
- Add cocoa powder, sugar and chocolate syrup and stir until well mixed
- Pour into a glass filled with ice
- Froth cold milk (You can also use cold milk without frothing)
- Gently pour milk over the coffee
- Stir until combined
- Add a layer of milk foam on top
- Sprinkle cocoa powder/chocolate powder on top
- Enjoy!
