Shipping policy
Simple Brew Coffee LLP is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship from Monday-Saturday every week. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we currently ship via our shipping Borzo (within Mumbai) and Shiprocket (pan India).
All orders above Rs. 999 automatically qualify for free shipping. Order under Rs. 999 will attract a flat shipping charge of Rs. 100 (subject to revision). Our standard packaging contains 2 coffee concentrate bottles of either size per package. Shipping charges are calculated per shipping package.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order. In case non-delivery occurs on account an error on our part, including that of our shipping partner, you will have the option of receiving a replacement of the same order.
Shipment/delivery time of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Simple Brew Coffee LLP. The shipment/delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by Borzo and Shiprocket against each product. Simple Brew Coffee LLP shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.
The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of product. Simple Brew Coffee LLP reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Simple Brew Coffee LLP has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
Delivery of orders would be done address specific not person specific. All shipments are delivered between 2-7 days depending on delivery pin code and subject to normal delivery conditions.
