I. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
At Simple Brew Coffee LLP, we are committed to providing our customers with a delightful customer experience and high-quality coffee. Our primary goal is to introduce our customers to a coffee experience that goes beyond the brew - and create a growing club of people who appreciate the fine art of brewing & consuming coffee.
Our coffee concentrates are brewed in very small batches and custom packed, as per orders placed. We take utmost care to ensure your order reaches you safely. But in the unforeseen situation you receive your order in a damaged condition or damaged in transit, please email us at contact@thesimplebrew.com mentioning your Order ID.
Once our team has received an email containing the Order ID, we will have a thorough check into what went wrong. Once we have determined that the order was received by you in a damaged condition, you will either be offered a replacement, or a refund of your order. Replacements, if opted for, will be initiated on the next business day, and refunds, if opted for, will be initiated into the same account through which the order was paid for within 7 business days via our payment partner's portal.
Our dispatch team starts processing your order immediately after it is received, hence it is extremally difficult to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us and we will provide you with the best possible solution.
Simple Brew Coffee LLP acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered, else we will not be liable to accept the damages to the product. We will investigate the damage from our end and replace the product, where required.
All costs towards couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. We will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the replacement of the product, if necessary.
