LEMONGRASS GINGER COLD BREW
Ingredients:
- 100 ml Simple Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 150 ml water
- 30 ml coconut nectar
- 2–3 inches of lemongrass, lightly crushed with the side of a knife
- 1 inch ginger root, rough chop
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 60 ml soda water
- Candied ginger to garnish (optional)
Preparation:
- Bring water, coconut nectar, lemongrass, ginger, turmeric and black pepper to a boil
- Simmer until reduced by half
- Let it cool
- Strain into a glass filled with ice
- Top up with TSB Coffee Concentrate
- Add soda water
- Garnish with candied ginger to garnish
- Enjoy!
