OATS & COFFEE PUDDING
Ingredients:
- 100 ml Simple Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 150 ml Oat Mlk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp jaggery powder (or to taste)
- 2-3 digestive biscuits, crushed (Parle-G works great too)
- 1 tsp chopped almonds (optional)
- 1 tsp mix seeds (optional)
Preparation:
- Soak chia seeds in Oat Mlk for an hour
- After an hour, blend in a blender until smooth
- Add TSB Coffee Concentrate & jaggery
- Blend again
- Layer a separate bowl with crushed biscuits
- Pour blended mixture on top
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or overnight
- Garnish with almonds & seeds before serving
